General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website and online purchase of products through the Razigrani nakit web shop.

By purchasing through this web shop, the customer confirms that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and that they accept them in full.
Products
All products in the Razigrani nakit web shop are handmade.
Due to the nature of handmade production, minor differences in color, shape, or details compared to the photographs are possible and do not constitute a product defect.
Prices
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR).
Alongside the current product prices, anchor prices are also displayed, i.e., prices on the date of September 10, 2026, or when an individual product was first introduced to the assortment (for products introduced after September 10, 2026).
The merchant is not in the VAT system; VAT is not calculated based on Art. 90, Para. 1 of the Value Added Tax Act.
Ordering and Payment
Orders are accepted via the web shop or social media.
Payment is possible via the available online payment methods listed in the web shop.
The invoice is issued in electronic form and delivered to the customer via e-mail or with the shipment.
Production and Delivery Time
All products in the Razigrani nakit web shop are handmade.
Products are made after the order is received, according to the model and characteristics stated on the individual product page.
The production time is 1–5 working days from the receipt of the order or the recorded payment, depending on the payment method.
The production time refers to the time required to make the product and does not include delivery time. After production, the product is handed over to the selected courier service, and the delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method.
Since the jewelry is handmade and uses real natural flowers, minor differences in the arrangement, shape, or shade of the flowers compared to the displayed photo are possible. Such differences result from the natural properties of the materials and the handmade process and are not considered a product defect.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out via a courier service to the address provided by the customer during the order.

Other courier services are possible by arrangement when ordering via social media or e-mail.
The delivery cost is displayed before the order is confirmed.
After production, the product is handed over to the selected courier service.
The production time is 1–5 working days from the receipt of the order or the recorded payment, depending on the payment method.
Delivery time depends on the chosen courier service and is not included in the production time.
Right to Unilateral Contract Termination
The customer has the right, without stating a reason, to unilaterally terminate the contract concluded via the web shop within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer who is not the carrier.
The customer is obliged to inform the merchant about the exercise of the right to unilateral termination before the 14-day deadline, via e-mail or another unequivocal statement.
In case of unilateral contract termination, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
The right to unilateral termination does not exist for products that are made according to customer specifications or are clearly customized for the customer, such as personalized jewelry made according to the customer's special request.
Complaints
The customer has the right to file a written complaint in case of dissatisfaction with the product, service, or other actions of the merchant.
A written complaint can be submitted via e-mail to razigrani.nakit@gmail.com or by mail to the address Svetonedeljska cesta 3, 10431 Kerestinec.
The merchant will confirm receipt of the written complaint without delay and will respond to the complaint within 15 days from the date of its receipt, clearly stating whether the complaint is considered justified.
In the case of a material defect in the product, the customer may exercise the rights belonging to them in accordance with the applicable regulations on liability for material defects.
A claim can be submitted via e-mail, with a description of the defect and, if necessary, a photograph of the product so that the claim can be processed as effectively as possible.
Natural differences in the arrangement, shape, and shade of real dried flowers that result from the nature of the material and the handmade process, which are clearly stated to the customer in advance in the product description, do not in themselves constitute a product defect.
Governing Law
These General Terms and Conditions and all contracts concluded via the web shop are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia.
For all disputes arising from contracts concluded via the web shop, the materially and locally competent courts in the Republic of Croatia have jurisdiction, while respecting all consumer rights guaranteed by applicable regulations.
